Responsible AI Principles
At KnoDAX, AI-powered tools are used to enhance learning experiences—such as role-play coaching, practice feedback, and content support. We design and operate these features with safety, transparency, and privacy in mind.
1) Transparency
When a feature is AI-powered, we clearly communicate it. AI responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unexpected output. Learners should treat AI guidance as support—not as the sole source of truth.
2) Accuracy & Human Judgment
AI can make mistakes. For important decisions or real-world implementations, verify information using official AWS documentation and trusted sources. Use AI outputs as a starting point, then validate and test.
3) Privacy & Data Minimization
Do not include personal, sensitive, or confidential information in AI prompts. This includes passwords, API keys, access tokens, private customer data, personal contact details, or any data you would not want exposed. Whenever possible, provide only the minimum details required to get helpful guidance.
4) Security Awareness
AI should never be used to request, store, or share secrets. KnoDAX features are designed to avoid collecting sensitive identifiers. If you suspect you accidentally shared sensitive data, stop and rotate the affected credentials immediately (for example, rotate AWS access keys).
5) Fair Use & Availability
AI features may have usage limits to control cost and ensure consistent access for all learners. If a feature reaches a usage limit, you can continue learning using the lesson material and return later.
6) Respectful, Safe Learning Environment
We aim to keep learning interactions respectful and constructive. Misuse of AI features, including attempts to generate harmful content or abuse the system, may result in restrictions or access being revoked.
7) Continuous Improvement
We continuously monitor and improve our AI features for quality, safety, and reliability. If you notice an issue—such as incorrect guidance or inappropriate responses—please report it so we can improve the experience.
Helpful Reminder
AI can accelerate learning, but your judgment matters most. Use the tools to practice, reflect, and improve—then confirm with hands-on testing and official references.
