Yes. KnoDAX courses are fully online and can be accessed from desktops, laptops, and tablets using a modern web browser. 

KnoDAX practice exams are exam-style and scenario-based, designed to test decision-making, architecture trade-offs, and service selection—just like the real AWS exams. While no practice test can replicate the actual exam exactly, our questions are crafted to closely reflect exam difficulty and structure.

Yes. Many KnoDAX courses include a certificate of completion after finishing the required lessons or assessments. These certificates demonstrate course completion but are not official AWS certifications. Please note that certificates are not issued for practice test–only courses, as they are designed for exam preparation and self-assessment.

KnoDAX offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
Refunds are available provided the course has not been substantially consumed. Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds may not be issued once a significant portion of videos, notes, or practice exams has been accessed.

Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory compliance—such as payment records or issued certificates—will be securely retained as required by law and restricted from further processing.

KnoDAX will respond to verified data deletion requests within:

• 30 days (GDPR requests), or

• 45 days (CCPA/CPRA requests),

unless an extension is legally permitted, in which case you will be notified.

Yes. Once your data deletion request is completed:

• Your learner account will be permanently closed

• You will lose access to all courses and learning materials
